Dear Ms. Wingfield:
SUBJECT:
MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO INTERAGENCY NO. NRC-26-95-350 ENTITLED " DIRECT EMERGENCY SUPPORT TO THE NRC OPERATIONS CENTER" The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) deobligate funds in the amount of $125,087.81 from the subject interagency agreement thereby decreasing the obligated amount from $202,742 to $77,654.19; and (2) revise the expiration date of the period of performance of the subject interagency agreement from September 20,2000 to the effective date of this modification.
As a result, the Interagency Agreement is hereby modified as follows:
Under Article IV, Estimated Amount and Obliaation of Funds, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
" Article IV - Estimated Amount and Obliaation of Funds "The total estimated amount of this Agreement for the period September 21,1995 through the effective date of this rnodification is $77,654.19."

$90,000.00 Cumulative total of obligations: $77,654.19 This modification deobligates FY96 funds in the amount of $35,087.81 and deobligates FY97 funds in the $90,000.00.
Under Article Vill - Period of Performance is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"This interagency Agreement shall commer.ce on September 21,1995 and expires on the effective date of this modification."
Alli other terms and conditions under this interagency Agreement remains unchanged.
It is requested that your organization sign all three copies and retum two copies to the address below. The third copy may be retained for your records.
