Dear Mr. Brewer:
The subject grant expired on November 30,1997, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate
' excess funds remaining under this grant for other immediate agency requirements. - Therefore, enclosed foryour review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $1,545.45.
