Subject:
Task Order No.1 Under Contract No. NRC-04-97-040 Entitled " Assessment of Integrated Fuel-Coolant interaction (IFCl) Code" Dear Dr. Khatib Rahbar in accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No.1. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the technical proposal dated March 4,1998, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
The period of performance for Task Order No.1 is March 23,1998 through September 22, 1998. The total cost ceiling for the task order is $21,756.10. The amount of $20,332.80 represents the total reimbursable costs and the amount of $1,423.30 represents the fixed fee.
A total of $25,000 was obligated under the following Accounting & Appropriation Data C, odes at the time of contract award, $21,756.10 is hereby used to cover the total cost of this task order:
