NRC-26-96-261 Modification No. 1 Page 2 of 8 The purpose of this modification is to:

1.

incorporate CLINs 0013A. 0019A. 0025A and 0031A which are the firm fixed prices to update the Code of Federal Regulations Self-Study Quizzes for contract years two through five in accordance with Subsection C.3.1.f of the subject contract.

2.

incorporate CLIN 0013B to allow for the conversion of the Power Plant Engineering Training Course to a Self-Study format in accordance with Subsection C.3.3 of the subject contract.

3.

increase the total amount for the base period by $128.272.00 from

$495.702.00 to $623.974.00, thereby increasing the grand total amount of the contract by $128.272.00 from $1.110.469.00 to $1.238.741.00.

provide incremental funding in the amount of $53.992.00 which increases the obligated amount of the contract from $412.230.00 to $466.222.00.

Accordingly the contract is hereby modified as follows:
