SECOND NOTICE - Modification No. 3 to Contract No. NRC 26-93-290, Task Order 03
Dear Ms. Colina:
The subject contract expired on June 21,1994, and we are initiating closecut action.
1 However, pending completion of all closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract and task order for other immediate agency requirements.
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds. The ceiling is hereby decreased by $3,241.08 from $97,304 to $94,062.92. The amount of $89,872.92 represents the total estimated reimbursable cost. The amount of $4,190.00 represents the fixed fee.
