The Commission met with staff to be briefed on the status of near term operating licet.se plants (NTOLs).
The Commission requested the staff and OGC to review FEMA's position on the Perry emergency evacuation exercise and promptly inform the Commission of its content, implications, and staff recommendations, and how the problem came about without the Commission being previously informed of the issues.
