Inspection at Vallecitos Nuclear Center This refers to a routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. B. L. Brock of this office from September 8-18, 1986, of activities' authorized under NRC
' License No. SNM-960 and to the discussion of our findings held with you and members of your_ staff at the conclusion of the inspection. This report also reflects the in-office inspection activities and information developed by telephone through October 16, 1986.
Areas examined-during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted ~of selective examinations of procedures.and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this inspection.
