Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of an Application for Amendment to our operating license to revise the Reactor Trip System Instrumentation to include independent testing of the reactor trip breaker undervoltage and shunt trip attachments during power operation,~ reactor trip bypass breakers and testing the control room manual switch contacts during each refueling outage.
These changes reflect the guidance provided by Generic Letter 85-09.
These changes have been reviewed by the OSC and ORC and determined to be safe and do not involve an unreviewed safety question.

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B
which set forth the change in technical specifications and its no significant hazards determination.
A check in the amount of $150.00 is attached as payment of the license amendment application fee in accordance with 10CFR170.
