Dear Mr. Denton:
In the referenced letter a commitment was made to provide your staff with the reactor vessel level instrumentation system (RVLIS) implementation letter report within 90 days after receipt of the Westinghouse analysis report on RVLIS testing. The ' implementation letter report will however be submitted to your staff prior to the commencement of commercial operation which is presently scheduled for June 1, 1987.
