In accordance with the request of B. J. Youngblood to S. A. White on October 14, 1986, enclosed with this memorandum is the latest draft element report MC 40703, " Heat Code As Related To Material Control." This draft report addresses the applicability of the subject concerns to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. This report has not been reviewed and approved by the Senior Review Panel and, therefore, is not being submitted to you as an approved initialg report. We expect the approved initial report to be completed and sent to you by November 28, 1986. We are currently forecasting completion of the final report indicating corrective action information by December 17, 1986.
