Dear Mr. Denton:
Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal-Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits Revision 7 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Emergency Plan (EP).
This revision provides for the inclusion of information identified in Supplement 3 to the VEGP SER.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.30, ten (10) copies of
