Dear Mr. Denton:
To minimize the possibility of accidental shorting or grounding of safety system circuits during testing of the P-4 interlocks, GPC has installed a voltage indicator that has a switch across the terminals. A description of this device is provided in paragraph 7.2.2.2.3 of the FSAR.
