We understand that KWU is incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany and js a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siemans AG. .

The consent covers licensed. activities authorized by NRC License Nos.

SNM-1227, XSNM-2053, XSNM-2097,.XSNM-2138, and XSNM-2161. All conditions, representations, and commitments made by Exxon or Exxon Nuclear will remain in effect as obligations of the new owner.
