Georgia Power Company submitted operator license applications for 39 candidates from Plant Alvin W. Vogtle on August 15, 1986. Subsequent to that submittal 15 of the applicants have been withdrawn by phone call.
This letter is a follow-up to the phone call and constitutes formal withdrawal of the 15 applications. Candidates withdrawn are:
