Response to Inspection Report STN 50-482/86-12
Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter is written in reponse to your letter of September 16, 1986 which transmitted the violation from Inspection Report STN 50-482/86-12.
As requested, the violation (482/8616-12) identified in the Inspection Report is being addressed in four parts.
(a) The reason for the violation if admitted; (b) The corrective steps which have been taken and the results achieved; (c) Corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further violations; and (d) The date when full compliance will be achieved.
Attachment A contains Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure. This letter, when seperated from the attachment does not contain Safeguards Information and should be handled as decontrolled.
