Thank you for your letter of August 25, 1986 and the additional information that Mr. R. Farchmin provided Mr. J. J. Petrosino of my staff on October 16, 1986, in response to our letter of July 28, 1986. We have reviewed your reply and find that it is responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation /
. Nonconformance provided, as stated during the telephone conversation between Mr. J. J. Petrosino and Mr. R. Farchmin that nuclear work is no longer performed at your Florida facility.
We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective action, explosive chamber device testing results and preventive measures during a future inspection.
