Dear Sir:
License Change Application 145 Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application (LCA) 145 requesting amendment of Operating Licenso NPF-1.
A check for $150 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
LCA 145 requests changes be made to the Tiojan Technical Specifications to reflect the current setpoints for Barton transmitters replaced during the 1986 outage. The specific setpoints that were changed are the steam generator low-low level and pressurizer low-pressure reactor trip.
Also attached is one signed copy of a certificate of Service for LCA 145 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
