By letter dated March 11, 1987, your Corporation submitted Attachments 1 and 2 to approved Topical Report No. XN-NF-85-67(P), Revision 1 entitled
" Generic Mechanical Design' for Exxon Nuclear Jet Pump BWR Reload Fuel" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. You state that these attachments are to provide infonnation to support your 3
4 rod bow correlation for BWR fuel out to burnups. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J. requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150. Susequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (9170.12(f)) for p
full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. 'Your March 11, 1987 request was not eccompanied by the required application fee of $150. Therefore, your Corporation is requested to remit this application fee to our office.
