On May 11 and 12,1987, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your
company who had applied for licenses to operate your Nuclear Reactor Facility.

with those members of your staff identified in the inclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this
