Dear Mr. Anderson:
We have completed our review of the Radiological and Engineering Assessments for the vicinity properties identified as CAN-501 and CAN-438 located, respectively, at 27 Latimer Avenue and 412% Chartiers Avenue, N. Strabane, Pennsylvania. Based on this review, we conclude that the application of supplemental standards to the residual radioactive material beneath the paved public roads is in accordance with Criterion C of 40 CFR 192.21. Therefore, we concur with the proposed remedial action for vicinity properties CAN-501 and CAN-438.
