In addition, I request that. copies of all materials produced to either the plaintiffs in the Zimmer litigation (Dayton Power & Light, Cincinnati Gas
& Electric' Company and Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric i Company) and/or General Electric Company be provided to me. In compliance with applicable regulations, I promise to pay reasonable charges incurred for search and copying costs.
