Dear Mr. Anderson:
We have completed our review of the Radiological and Engineering Assessment for the commercial vicinity property identified as DU-095 located in Durango, Colorado. Based on this review, we conclude that the potential for long-term harm has been minimized to the extent practicable.
Therefore, we concur with the proposed remedial action for this vicinity property, which consists of the application of supplemental standards in accordance with Criteria A and C of 40 CFR 192.21 to a portion of the contaminated area.
