APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR AN ORDER RULING ON APPLICANTS' MOTIONS FOR
SUMMARY
DISPOSITION-OF CONTENTIONS OF TOWNS OF KENSINGTON, SOUTH HAMPTON, HAMPTON FALLS, AND RYE Applicants hereby move the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to enter an order ruling on Applicants' motions for summary disposition on the contentions of Town of Kensington (TOK), Town of South Hampton (TOSH), Town of Hampton Falls (TOHF), and Town of Rye (TOR).
TOK, TOSH, TOHF, and TOR chose not to appeal from this Board's Memorandum and Order issued March 20, 1987, affirming the hearing schedule it ordered on January 9, 1987.
Indeed, they were specifically excluded by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board from the terms of its 1

Memorandum and Order.of May 1, 1987.
The Appeal Board declared:
" Inasmuch.as the Towns of Kensington, Rye, Hampton Falls, and. South Hampton did not-join in the directed certification motion, the Licensing Board remains free to apply ~the schedule set forth in the January 9 order to the contentions'of those intervenors."
Id.
at 21-22.
The Appeal Board thus left undisturbed the effect of this Board's January 9 order on the non-appealing intervenors' contentions.
Those contentions are TOK 1, TOK 2, TOK 4, TOK 6, TOK'8, TOSH 1, TOSH 2, TOSH 3, TOSH 6, TOSH 8, TOEF 2, TOHF 4, and TOR 2.2 By their attorneys, Thomas G.
