DISPOSITION OF CONTENTIONS OF TOWNS OF KENSINGTON, SOUTH HAMPION, HAMPTON FALLS, AND RYE "TOK" hereby moves the Board to deny the APPLICANTS N0frION FOR AN ORDER RULING ON APPLICANTS' MOTIONS FOR

DISPOSITION OF CONTENTIONS OF 1
KENSINGTON, SOUTH HAMPTON. HAMPTON FALLS, AND RYE.
On May 4,1987 the Atomic Safety And Licensing Board issued a Memorandum and Order vacating, in total, its Order of January 9,1987. No exceptions were granted regarding any of the parties. In the MEMORANDUM AND ORDER OF THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD OF MAY 1,1967 the Board states:
" The Board may conclude, heitcver, that it is preferable to have prehearing activity on all New Hampshire. emergency planning' issues proceed on the same timetable."
"TOK" does not understand why the Applicant would ask the Board to go throuSh the added expense of both time and money in having two separate hearing schedules.
"TOK", therefore, asks the Board to deny the Applicants' Motion of May 7, 1987.
