Gentlemen:
The following information is provided in accordance with Operating License Condition 2.C.(3) whereby Georgia Power Company is to report any changes to the Initial Test Program described in Section 14 of the FSAR made in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59.
The Flux Map Test, described in FSAR Section 14.2.8.2.30, has been revised to reflect the deletion of this test at the 90 percent power plateau.
This revision is in conformance with the recommendations of Regulatory Guide 1.68, " Initial Test Programs for Water-Cooled Nuclear Power Plants." Enclosed is an abstract of the revised test.
The revision to the test abstract will be incorporated in a future FSAR amendment.

Objective 1.
To determine the reactor core power distributions for various control rod configurations at 30, 50, 75, and 100 l
percent power.
B.
Prerequisites 1.
Incore instrumentation and process computer are operable.
2.
Reactor is critical, and power level is established as necessary.
C.
Test Method Use data collected from incore detectors to generate a flux map.
D.
Acceptance Criterion The core flux distribution indicated by the flux maos are acceptable and in accordance with plant Technical Specifications.
