Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Proposed Operating License Change Request No. 133 Gentlemen:

Enclosed are:

1.

One (1) original and thirty-seven (37) copies of an Application for Amendment to our Operating License to incorporate those administrative changes identified to correct editorial errors or provide clarification.

We have identified two pages in this request for technical specification change that were included in recent sub-mittals.

Therefore, included in this request for technical specification change is a

duplicate copy of the following

pages, the first copy includes this proposed change only and the second copy includes the previous change as well:

a.

Page 3/4 3-27 includes the revision provided in our request for Technical Specification Change No. 122, dated February 24, 1987.

The response time for item 6.b was changed from 78(1) seconds to 13(2) seconds.

b.

Page 3/4 3-64 includes the revision provided in our request for Technical Specification Change No. 136, dated April 13, 1987.

Action statement 35 was deleted.

Therefore, when the Technical Specification Amendments are approved by the NRC, the appropriate page with the correct changes can be issued.

This will require that the NRC Project Manager either track the separate revisions to individual pages or consolidate all revisions to the individual pages into the same proposed Technical Specification Change.

This change has been reviewed by the OSC and ORC and has been determined to be safe and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.

2.

Thirty-eight (38) copies of documents designated Attachments A

and B

which setforth the change in Technical Specifications and its no significant hazards evaluation.
