The Technical Specifications for the Plum Brook Reactor TR-3 license have been revised to incoporate the review comments which you forwarded to us with cover letter dated August 11, 1986 Five copies of the revised Technical Specifications are enclosed.
1 Please be advised that Earl C. Boitel Jr.'s name still appears on your carbon copy list as Manager, Plum Brook Reactor Facility. Mr. Boitel was l replaced as Reactor Facility Manager by Henry Pfanner. Mr. Pfanner's I
official title as stated in section 4.1.8 of the subject Technical Specifications is Plum Brook Reactor Facility Engineer (Manager). Please remove Mr. Boitel's name from your carbon copy distribution list for correspondence regarding the Plum Brook Reactor Facility.
