Dear Mr. Berkow:
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54 (p), Revision 17 of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan with Appendix "B", " General Criteria for Security Personnel," are submitted for review and approval as the operational Security Plan for Fort St.
Vrain.
In addition, Appendix "C", " Safeguards Contingency Plan", is included as Revision 17, with no changes and Appendix "A",
"Special Measures j
During Refueling Operations" (Confidential), is being submitted as Revision 17, with no changes, under separate cover.
Explanations of l
changes are documented under attachments one and three of this letter.
We request that the enclosed information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10CFR2.790(d) and 10CFR73.21.
