The Babcock & Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant submitted a revised Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan (Reference 2) in accordance with 10 CFR 70.22 and 74.31.
Reference 3 listed a number of questions and comments regarding that submittal and this letter is written to address your questions and Concerns.
We have listed each question from Feference 3 as well as the appropriate response in Attachment I.
We hope this will assist you in your review of our revised FNMC Plan.
We are resubmitting the 10 CFR 74 Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan in its entirety due to the extensive changes that were needed.
This document therefore supersedes the Reference 2 submittal completely.
We have kept the revision level at zero but have changed the date on each page (excluding the Annex) to reflect this cover letter, ripril 15, 1987.
Seven copies of the revised Plan are enclosed for your review.
