10CrR74 FtNC Plan for License StN-1107, Docket 70-1151, The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits seven (7) copies of a 10CFR74 FtNC Plan for the Columbia, Fuel Faurication Facility.
The Plan Application was originally submitted January 31, 1986 (LA-86-06), and subsequently revised March 31 1986 (LA 86-21) and February 1,
1987 (LA-67-02).
Two advance copies, of the Plan were express mailed to your reviewers, Messrs. Jackson and Joy, on March 2, 1987.
The text of the enclosed Plan is IDENTICAL-T0 the text of Revision 3 of the Application, except for minor additions airected by your Mr. Joy.
Westinghouse proposes that the Part 74 FNMC Plan be made effective April 1, 1987.
Westinghouse requests that enclosures with this letter be withheld from puolic disclosure in accordance with provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d).
