Utility Services Contract No. DE-SC05-84UE07530 Gentlemen:
Based on recent conversations between Mr. Jim Parks (DOE) and Mr. S.L. Grossman (PSC), there is a feed balance of 18.053 kg of-natural uranium as UF6 of US origin in Public Service Company of Colorado's referenced contract.
This letter constitutes a request to DOE by Public Service Company of Colorado to transfer this feed balance to the Usage Agreement DE-SC05-76UA03075 (Euratom Supply Agency).
