This is to acknowledge the receipt of your letter dated October 16, 1986, responding to our technical coment and recommendation following cur review of the Nebraska radiation control program on August 8, 1986.
We appreciate being kept informed of the progress made on the revision of the Nebraska radiation control regulations to incorporate those regulations that are matters of compatibility. We recognize the overall process of adopting new regulations may be lengthy. Upon receipt of the final promulgated regulations, we would expect to offer a finding of compatibility for the program.
We appreciate the courtesy and cooperation extended to Mr. Heyer during the program review. I am also enclosing a copy of this _ Tetter for placement in -
