Errata for the Semiannual Radiological Effluent Release Report Gentlemen:
Attached is a errata for the fourth Semiannual Radiological Effluent Release Report which was transmitted by the Reference.
The introduction has been revised to reflect that Revision 1 of Regulatory Guide 1.21 was committed to in the Updated Safety Analysis Report.
The Technical Specification limit for Total Body Dose for 1986 in the Liquid Cumulative Dose Summary has been revised to reflect the correct value.
The Solid Waste Shipment Report has been revised to reflect the correct activity content for items 1.b and 1.d.
In addition, a Temporary Procedure Change Form for the Process Control Program is being included which was inadvertantly omitted from the original report.
A copy of the attached page should be attached to the original report to describe discrepancies.
