He have received your April 10, 1987, letter which r esponds to Georgia Power Company's request regarding the method for performance of reactor system pressure tests at Plant Hatch. He appreciate your prompt review of this matter. Naturally, however, we are disappointed with this technical decision.
At a later date, we may wish to pursue this issue with you in the appropriate forum. In the meantime, as required by your letter and in order to support Unit l's current refueling outage, we are proceeding with plans to perform the required pressure tests prior to pulling the control rods.
