In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50.4(b) (5) Con Edison submits herewith a controlled copy of page changes to took 1 and took 2 of the Emergency Procedures Document (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the Emergency Plan as a whole continues to meet the standard of 50.47 (b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
As recommended in Generic Letter 81-27, entitled " Privacy and Proprietary Materials in Emergency Plans", the following pages, as marked, are desig-nated as Proprietary:
