In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50.4(b) (5) Con Edison submits herewith a controlled copy of page changes to Book 2 of the Emergency Procedures Document (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan' and the Emergency Plan as a whole continues to meet the. standard of 50.47 (b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
As reconunended in Generic Letter 81-27, entitled " Privacy and Proprietary Materials in Emergency Plans", the following pages, as marked, are des-ignated as Proprietary:
