I found the test on my desk in the special tray provided for training matters.

Yes.
I graded the test on August 26, 1984.
My signature to that effect is written in red ink on the test.
The handwriting in red ink on the rest of the test indicates my grading comments and evaluation.

What did you do with the test after it was graded?

The test was filed in Mr. Puckett's certification folder.
I don't remember whether I filed it or gave it to someone else for that purpose.

Prior to the writing of this testimony, when was the last time you saw the Puckett test?

In early June 1986, when I was requested by counsel to provide the test in connection with Mr. Vannier's testimony.
