SUBJECT:
PERSONNEL ACCESS AUTHORIZATION FOR INSPECTION TEAM AT FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT The Vendor Inspection Branch, Division of Reactor Inspection and Safeguards, has scheduled an inspection for the Alabama Power Corporation Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 & 2.
The dates of the inspection will be from May 11-15, May 18-22 and June 1-5, 1987.
This certifies that the persons listed below are employees of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission. To the extent of our knowledge, these persons do not possess adverse character traits or indications of aberrant behaviour.
Trustworthiness has been determined by a review of their employment records.
Based on the above, I recomend that these employees be granted unescorted access to the vital and protected areas of your facility.

This certifies that these individuals have successfully completed generic radiation protection, emergency response, and physical security training and i
are capable of safely conducting themselves inside a radiologically restricted area. Accordingly, they should be granted unescorted access to all plant radiological areas following the site specific information briefing and security badging.
