Proposed Change No. 36 to Technical Specifications Cooper Nuclear Station Radiological Effluent Surveillance Requirements NRC Docket No. 50-208,- DPR-46 In accordance with the applicable provisions specified in 10CFR50, Nebraska Public Power District requests that Technical Specifications for Cooper Nuclear Station be revised to incorporate a change which addresses surveillance requirements for gaseous and liquid effluent monitoring instrumentation.
A discussion of the proposed change and the applicable revised Technical Specification pages in addition to an evaluation with respect to the requirements of 10CFR50.02 is included in the attachment.
By copy of this letter and the attachment, the appropriate State of Nebraska Official is being notified in accordance with 10CFR50.91(b).
This proposed change incorporates all amendments to the CNS l
Facility Operating License through Amendment 102 issued l
September 25, 1986.
This change has been reviewed by the necessary Safety Review Committees and payment of $150 is submitted in accordance with 10CFR170.12.
