OELD will notify you within one week of the date of this memorandum as to whether a written analysis is e required based on an O! finding of wrongdoing or because the report involves  !

complex issues.

If your independent review causes you to determine that a review is necessary for your purposes, you should so advise OELD directly - by memo or verbally.

If an analysis is to be provided by OELD, you should not finalize a proposal l until their analysis has been received. OELD will infonn you if the analysis )

will not be prepared within three weeks of this memorandum. J If OELD is not providing an analysis, the enforcement or other regulatory action should proceed in accordance with the normal practice including obtaining OELD review at the appropriate time. ,
