COMMENTS During our 318th meeting, October 9-11, 1986,- we were given a presenta-
- ~
tion by the NRC Staff and by representatives of the Illinois Power Company regarding items that had been mentioned in a Committee report of l
March 9, 1982 to Chairman Palladino concerning Illinois Power Company's request for an operating license.
The resolution of those items was, in our view, appropriate. We have no
.further questions concerning the operating license for this station.
We appreciate this information having been provided to us.
