BI-MONTHLY BAILEY FAILURE REPORT HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Pursuant to commitments contained in the Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) letter to the NRC dated October 15, 1986, attached please find the Bailey 862 Solid State Logic Module (SSLM) Bi-Monthly Failure Report for the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS).
This report covers both IE and non-lE modules and summarizes inservice failures per month by class, assembly type and failure type.
With respect to the last two month period, April 1987 - May 1987, 3 Bailey 862 SSLM failures were identified that had an affect on the circuit in which they were used.
These failures are discussed in the attached Bi-Monthly Report.
