Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 TMI-2 Appendix B Technical Specification 3.2.1 Notification In accordance with TM1-2 Appendix B Technical Specification 3.2.1, " Monitoring Program Requirement," GPU Nuclear is providing notification of the following addition to the Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program (REMP).
TMI Environmental Controls has recently completed the NRC required land use census for 1986. A nesly established dairy farm was located which is expected to yield a calculated dose or dose commitment greater than the present milk sampling stations.
The farm, which is owned by J. M. Nissley and operated by J. Brackbill, is located on Pecks Road approximately 1.10 miles from TMI in the east sector (azimuth - 93 degrees). This station will be designated as E2-2.
It should be noted that this farm was formerly part of the REMP. Milk sampling at this site was discontinued at the end of 1985 because the farm was sold.
