REVISION 16b TO SECURITY PLAN Attached are 1 original and 3 copies of Revision 16b to the Palisades Security Plan. This revision was initiated to address NRC comments transmitted by letter dated March 5, 1987 pursuant to Revision 16 to the Palisades Security Plan which was submitted February 27, 1987.
We are modifying and resubmitting the changes in question in order for it to be acceptable under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
