ORDER Staff has requested an extension of time until October 27, 1986, to file objections to our October 3 Prehearing Conference Order. The intervening governments object to Staff's request and ask that, in the event it is granted, they be granted a similar extension of time.

Additionally, they object to our grant of FEMA's request for a ten-day extension of time for the same purpose and ask that that Order be reconsidered.
