DENIED ACCESS DUE TO NEGATIVE ROOM PRESSURE Forwarded herewith is a copy of the subject AE0D technical review report. The investigation of this event of denied personnel access due to a negative room pressure.found:
- 1) The significant delay in gaining entry was due to a cognitive decision to address other problems at the plant. Subsequent entry to the room was achieved without undue time delays.
- 2) The licensee's long-term corrective actions were adequate and appropriate.
A search for similar events of denied access was negative. Therefore, this report finalizes and concludes the investigation of this event.
