VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANT SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 REVISIONS TO EMERGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURES Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q), revisions to the Surry Power Station Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures are submitted.

These revisions do not decrease the effectiveness of our Emergency Plan, and the plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b).

Please update your manual by performing the actions described in the enclosed tabulation of changes.
