VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 SECURITY PROGRAM - REVISION 18 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p) Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the enclosed changes to the Surry Security Program identified as Revision 18.
For clarity and continuity of the text, and because of a change in the format by highlighting chapter, paragraph, and section titles in bold print, we are providing Chapters 1, 3, and 12 in their entirety.
In accordance with 10 CFR Parts 50 and 73 Amendments entitled, " Miscellaneous Amendments Concerning Physical Protection of Nuclear Power Plants" and 10 CFR Part 73, " Searches of Individuals at Power Reactor Facilities" amendments to the Surry Security Program are also included in these chapters. The modifications required by the Rule are being submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulations, Washington, D.C. and are identified as Revision
- 18. This revision is identified by a vertical bar and revision number located in the right margin of the affected pages.
The 10 CFR 50.54 (p) changes are identified by an asterisk placed adjacent to the revision number and vertical bar located in the right margin of the affected pages.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
