Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 TMI-2 Organization Plan - Revision 14 Attached for your approval is Revision 14 to the TMI-2 Organization Plan.

This revision changes the TMI-2 Organization Plan from a position specific organization plan to a departmental organization plan.

GPU Nuclear proposed this change to obviate the requirement to submit an Organization Plan Revision each time a management title change is required coincidental with a personnel change. This revision accomplishes the above by replacing the management titles of the current Organization Plan with department titles. This revision does not affect the function or responsibility of any department. No new organizations have been added to the Organizational Chart. However, one position, that of the Plant Operations Manager, has been deleted. This position still exists within the TMI-2 organization, but is included under the general departmental heading of Plant Operations, 04 0
