Employee left job site couple of weeks ago m m ~ Made allegations indicating drug use on part of her supervisors and co-workers Document Controls Satelite Office, 307 Interviewed her--she gave names of other employees ( Interviewed these employees Specific information--dates, times and places At that point, we began investigation--developed few more names "We began interviewing folks Conducted standard interview with various people wh'o have had various '~ allegations made against them... A 7/ w, % y-Mr. Hayes asked if..ttrese sates were transcribed? Mr. Andrews replied "no". If more than one indepdndent source has given us their name, we are asking them'to submit to polygraph exam--only five questions: 1. Have they s'een drugs used on site? I l 2. Have they used drugs on site? 3. Have they offered or sold drugs on site? 4. H' ave they reported to work after using drucs? 5. Have you purchased drugs on site? fio, we are not getting urine-fests. Fifty percent of people are making admissions--fifty percent decline polygraph exam leave voluntary. In the state of Texas, we have very liberal polygraph laws. You can terminate the employee for declining to take the polygraph exam... We have 25 or 26 terminations--some people just walked in and resigned.
